Veganism



       Vegan is a diet based on vegetables excluding any kind of products from animal (eggs, milk, butter, cheese, yogurt, meat). Many vegans also do not eat foods that are processed using animal products, such as refined white sugar and some wines. Most vegans also avoid the use of all products tested on animals (Hackett, 2013).
        Veganism is a ideology that comes from these diet, being an activism to care animals rights and environment. Day by day, more people is follow this tendency because they are more conscious about the consequence of consume products from animals that are health problems, like hypertension, cancer, diabetics, heart diseases, obesity; also, the environment is affected by air, water and soil pollution that animal industrial waste produce.
